Recruiting at Adecco’s scale involved expensive, manual early-stage screening across many countries. The process created friction for recruiters and delayed candidate-to-job matching, especially in high-volume hiring environments.

Our Hypothesis

If early candidate screening can be automated through Conversational-AI, recruiters can spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time on higher-value hiring decisions.
