Challenge
Ellucian's Bangalore GCC was developing a new generation of product managers who are sharp, ambitious, and hungry for more meaningful product work.
Like many GCC teams, they were operating primarily as execution centers, receiving scoped roadmap items rather than driving discovery, strategy, or customer‑centric innovation.
Ellucian's leadership recognized that to build a world‑class product team globally, they needed to invest in elevating this cohort's strategic product skills and not with generic training, but with something bespoke, practical, and grounded in real operator insight.

Ran discovery sessions with Ellucian's executive team to understand the company's transformation strategy, the PM cohort's specific gaps, and how to make every exercise and case study directly relevant to Ellucian's products and market.
Designed an 8-session, 12-hour curriculum from the ground up
Built around a proprietary 5-pillar product strategy framework, covering customer and market, product-market fit, AI-first product thinking, ecosystems, GTM and monetization, scaling, metrics, and stakeholder storytelling - all applied to EdTech and Ellucian's business specifically.
