Built an AI Innovation Lab to act as the internal center of gravity for coordinating all AI work at the Oncology center.

Organized training programs to help the broader team understand AI opportunities, raise AI fluency, and evaluate ideas more consistently.
Idea Intake & Assessment
Created a structured process to review incoming concepts, align them against business priorities, and identify the most promising paths forward.

Guided selected initiatives from early concept into pilot readiness, ensuring teams moved forward with speed, validation, and clarity.
